The terms, in plain words.
Nothing here is stock. Your piece is cut after you order it, from your numbers, so delivery and returns do not work the way they do in a shop selling off a rail. Below is exactly what we promise and what we cannot do. Open a question to read the answer.

How long does it take?
Between three and twelve days depending on the piece. A t-shirt is three days, a three-piece suit is twelve. The lead time is printed on every product page, and the clock starts when payment clears.
Delivery
Lagos mainland and island: ₦3,500, next day once it is finished. Rest of Nigeria: ₦6,500, two to four days by courier. Free anywhere in Nigeria on orders over ₦150,000.
Can I return it?
Made-to-order pieces are cut to your measurements, so we cannot resell them. We do not take returns for a change of mind.
What if it does not fit?
Bring it back within seven days and we alter it free. If the mistake is ours we cover the courier both ways. If the measurements you sent were wrong we still alter it, you just cover delivery.
Paying
Card, bank transfer, or a 70% deposit with the balance due before dispatch. Everything is handled on this site.
Changing an order
You can change fabric, colour or measurements free within 24 hours of ordering. After that we may have cut already, so message us and we will tell you what is possible.
Something not covered here
Ask before you pay, not after. Send us the question on chat and you get a straight answer from the person who will cut the piece. If your order is already in the workshop, the tracker shows what stage it has reached.
